Manchester United have agreed to extend the contract of forward Mac Allister until 2027.
The Argentina international has been with the club since 2019 and is currently on loan at Premier League side Brighton & Hove Albion.
Allister has made 44 appearances for the Seagulls so far this season, scoring six goals and providing four assists.
In a statement released by Brighton, manager Graham Potter said: "We're delighted to have secured Mac's future at the club.
"He's been a fantastic addition to our squad and we know that he will continue to develop under the guidance of our coaching staff."
Allister himself expressed his delight at the news, saying: "I'm absolutely thrilled to be staying at Brighton.
"I've had a great time here already and I can't wait to see what the future holds."
