RB Leipzig has continued their strong form in the Bundesliga with a thrilling victory over TSG Hoffenheim at Red Bull Arena on Saturday night.
The match was a closely contested affair from start to finish, but RB Leipzig emerged victorious thanks to two impressive goals in the second half. First up, Marcel Sabitzer headed home from a corner to give his side a deserved lead in the 61st minute.
However, Hoffenheim were not ready to go down without a fight and fought back bravely in the final stages of the game. They managed to equalize through a fine individual effort from André Silva in the 85th minute, who showed great skill and composure to curl a shot past goalkeeper Yann Sommer.
But it was RB Leipzig who eventually claimed all three points in the end. The visitors took advantage of a defensive lapse by Hoffenheim to score a second goal in the 92nd minute, courtesy of a brilliant cross from Nkunku that found its way into the net.
Overall, it was another dominant performance from RB Leipzig, who have now won four consecutive matches in all competitions. With games against Werder Bremen and FC Augsburg coming up next, they will be hoping to continue their good run of form and secure more victories in the Bundesliga this season.
